Godsman joined GAMA Global 20 years ago, where she rose through the ranks to become vice president for corporate and business development. Panos has an extensive 25 years of experience in insurance and financial planning since 1999, as a top-awarded insurance consultant and a TOT MDRT member. A pioneer in the insurance industry and an insurance futurist, he is an expert in digital transformation, artificial intelligence, internet marketing strategies, automation, CRM, virtual and augmented reality, and cutting-edge technologies in the insurance sector.

He is the inventor of two innovative software solutions for insurance needs analysis and financial planning, implementing the science of risk management, artificial intelligence, and extensive neuroscience and behavioral economics research on risk perception and decision-making. His work has earned him 11 global innovation awards from organizations like MIT.

Ms. Etta Liu currently serves as President of the General Agency Managers Association of Hong Kong (GAMAHK) and as Senior Regional Director at Prudential Hong Kong Limited. With more than three decades of experience in the insurance industry, she has dedicated herself to supporting and inspiring her teams to deliver meaningful outcomes.

She is grateful to have received Prudential Hong Kong’s Senior Regional Manager – Outstanding Performance Award in 2021 and 2022. Even during the challenges of the pandemic, several members of her team—more than four in total—were recognized among the top 15 highest-performing agents company-wide at Prudential in their respective years.

In 2024, over 25% of her team members qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), reflecting the shared commitment to high professional standards within her organization. Furthermore, Ms. Liu has been a long-standing MDRT and COT member, underscoring her consistent excellence in personal production.

Mr. Peter Yu currently serves as President at GAMAHK and holds as a Senior District Director at AIA International Limited. His visionary leadership and deep expertise have been instrumental in shaping the strategic direction and driving success within the industry.

With 16 years of experience, Mr. Yu has consistently demonstrated his ability to lead and inspire. He has successfully guided a team of over 150 professionals. Under his leadership, the team demonstrated exceptional resilience and performance, even amid the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. From 2022 to 2025, the team achieved remarkable consecutive double-digit growth rates of 58%, 36%, and 42%, reflecting sustained excellence and strategic execution.

With a distinguished career in the life insurance industry, he has held several senior executive roles, including Chief Agency Officer at Allianz Ayudhya Assurance PCL. He also founded the VICTORY Group, the company’s largest agency team, which contributed over 28% of Allianz Ayudhya’s total ANP in 2024—exceeding 1 billion THB in premiums and comprising 6,820 agents nationwide. 

Today, he is a sought-after speaker, trainer, and coach in leadership and business development. His expertise is trusted by institutions such as the Stock Exchange of Thailand, Office of Industrial Economics, leading universities, state banks, and multinational companies including Unilever, Essilor Optical, and Kawasaki Motors.

Piyawin Pichayangkul holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Thammasat University, Thailand, and a Master’s degree in Marketing from the University of Bath, United Kingdom. Following his postgraduate studies, he began his career with Allianz, where he developed strong expertise in the insurance and financial services sector.

Gunalan Segaran is the Chief Agency Manager and Founder & CEO of Future Rise Agency, where he leads one of the top-performing teams in the insurance and financial services industry. Since his appointment as Unit Manager in 2013, Gunalan has consistently achieved record-breaking results, qualifying multiple times for the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) at Premier, Gold, and Champion levels.

He is the founder of Cardinal Buoy Financials, where he advocates financial literacy, wealth management, life coaching, and estate planning for Filipinos, especially OFWs and seafarers. Christopher is also the author of four best-selling personal finance books: Financial Planning for the Fast Changing World, Seed Money, Life Begins, and Odyssey of Wealth and Legacy. Judean Grace Alejandro, CPA entered the insurance industry in 2018 as a part-time financial advisor. Today, she serves as the Founder and Agency Head of Ascend Global Summit Life Insurance Agency, leading and managing more than 800 financial advisors remotely across the Philippines.

A 3-time Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) qualifier and consistent GAMA International Awardee, she has also been repeatedly recognized as one of Pru Life UK’s top agency leaders nationwide.

A former Certified Public Accountant, she is passionate about developing leaders, expanding access to financial education, and creating opportunities for people to build meaningful careers in the industry.

Despite operating a largely remote organization, she continues to focus on helping advisors grow their businesses while serving Filipino families across the country.

BM Brian’s, leadership journey is rooted in humility, perseverance, and making the most of every opportunity.

He started from the ground up without any expectation of leading a large organization. At the time, his goal was simple: learn, serve, and always give his best.
